The eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC 2025) was live-streamed on February 10, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged with students preparing for board exams. This year’s event saw an overwhelming response, with over 30 million students, 2.07 million teachers, and 551,000 parents participating.
During the discussion, a student asked PM Modi about overcoming exam anxiety and dealing with failure. In response, he encouraged students to shift their perspective, saying, “Do not see failure as a setback; instead, treat it as the fuel that drives you forward.” He emphasized the importance of lifelong success over temporary achievements in exams.
Drawing a comparison to cricket, PM Modi explained that just as a batsman maintains focus despite the noise of a stadium, students should stay committed to their goals without being overwhelmed by external pressures. He stressed that life is much broader than just exams and that true success comes from perseverance and personal growth.
Encouraging students to see failure as a teacher, PM Modi advised them to use setbacks as learning experiences rather than allowing them to hinder progress. He urged students to adopt a holistic view of success, extending beyond academics to personal and professional achievements.
Through Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, PM Modi continues to motivate students to tackle exams with confidence, resilience, and a positive approach, reinforcing that real success is defined by long-term growth and self-improvement.
