Parineeti Chopra Calls Raghav Chadha a ‘Big Support’
Mumbai, September 21, 2026: Politician Raghav Chadha has expressed his support for his wife, actress Parineeti Chopra, ahead of the release of her upcoming OTT series Shaque.
Raghav shared the recently released trailer of Shaque on Instagram and recalled visiting the show’s shoot in Shimla, where he met the team. He praised the warmth and talent of the cast and crew and said he was proud of Parineeti for the effort she had put into the project.
Raghav wished Parineeti and the entire Shaque team the best ahead of the series’ September 24 release, adding that he believed the show would keep viewers guessing.
Parineeti responded warmly to his post, thanking him for his support. She described Raghav as a “big support” and a protective husband during the period when she was working on the series.
Shaque follows the story of a mother who has been searching for her missing child for nine years. Created by Rensil D’Silva and Siddharth P. Malhotra and directed by Rensil D’Silva, the series explores themes of trust, suspicion and betrayal.
Parineeti, who headlines the drama, said Shaque is unlike anything she has done before. She described the story as being rooted in a mother’s instinct and determination to find her child, while her search gradually challenges everything she believes about the people around her.
