Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reportedly advised his Cabinet Ministers against visiting Ayodhya in February to avoid inconveniences caused by the protocols during VIP visits. This suggestion is particularly relevant given the surge of devotees witnessed at the newly inaugurated Ram Mandir in Ayodhya following the Pran Pratishtha ceremony on January 22. The Prime Minister emphasized that ministers should consider visiting the Ram Mandir from March onward.
During the Cabinet meeting on Wednesday, PM Modi sought feedback from ministers regarding public reactions following the inauguration of the highly-anticipated Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The consecration of the new idol of Ram Lalla took place on January 22, attracting a significant audience, including politicians, businessmen, sportspersons, and celebrities. The temple opened its doors to the general public on Tuesday, with an overwhelming influx of nearly five lakh devotees on the first day, leading to a brief pause in the darshan due to the high turnout.
