Integreon has appointed Indian-origin technology executive Krishna Nacha as its new chief executive officer and a member of the company’s board of directors. The leadership change marks a significant step in Integreon’s strategy to expand its AI-powered legal and business services as organizations worldwide increasingly embrace artificial intelligence to modernize operations.
Nacha takes charge with more than 30 years of experience leading global businesses across technology consulting, business process services, and information management. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations while driving growth through technology-enabled service delivery and AI integration.
The appointment comes at a time when corporations, law firms, and professional services organizations are investing heavily in automation to improve efficiency, manage increasing workloads, and streamline critical business functions. Integreon aims to capitalize on this shift by combining its industry expertise with advanced AI workflows to deliver faster and more effective solutions for clients.
Before joining Integreon, Nacha served as head of the Americas at Iron Mountain, where he managed regional operations for the information management company. Throughout his career, he has also held senior leadership positions at Wipro and EXL Service, in addition to earlier executive roles at Capgemini, Infosys, and Unilever. His experience includes leading large-scale operational transformations, expanding global delivery capabilities, and implementing technology-driven business strategies across multiple industries.
Anup Bagaria, co-managing partner at EagleTree Capital, Integreon’s primary investor, described Nacha as the ideal leader to guide the company through its next stage of growth. He praised Nacha’s track record of managing complex global operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering strong results for clients.
Commenting on his appointment, Nacha said businesses today require partners capable of delivering rapid results while leveraging artificial intelligence responsibly. EagleTree Capital partner Rohan Rai also expressed confidence in the appointment, saying the growing demand for AI-led transformation creates a significant opportunity for Integreon. He added that Nacha’s extensive experience in leading technology-enabled change will help strengthen the company’s capabilities and expand its presence in the global market.
