Following the resounding success of its 2024 season, IAA Houston (Indo-American Association Houston) is set to launch its 2025 season with an impressive lineup of globally acclaimed artists and a diverse range of performances. The upcoming season promises a vibrant journey through Indian arts and culture, combining accessibility, variety, and value for audiences.
Designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of artistic tastes, the season includes poetic storytelling and soulful melodies from Jazim Sharma and Salim Arif, as well as the humor-filled insights of comedian Rajiv Satyal. Audiences can also experience the mesmerizing folk music of Rajasthan’s Manganiars, innovative fusions of Eastern and Western musical styles, fresh interpretations of Indian classical music, and the elegance of traditional Kathak dance.
To make performances more accessible, IAA Houston has introduced the Arts Pass, offering flexibility and affordability. Patrons can curate their own season by selecting events that align with their interests. For dedicated art lovers, an all-access option covers all 11 events at a discounted rate, ensuring they experience every moment of this extraordinary season.
“Given today’s financial pressures, we wanted to make it easier for everyone to enjoy the arts, regardless of their budget,” said Sheetal Bedi, CEO and Executive Director of IAA. “The Arts Pass gives patrons more control over their experience while maintaining exceptional value.”
Amid funding challenges for the arts, IAA Houston seeks community support to continue delivering high-quality cultural programming.
IAA Houston invites audiences to immerse themselves in a season of creativity, connection, and celebration. Let’s make 2025 the most dynamic year yet for Indian arts in Houston!
“At IAA, every performance is more than a show—it’s a lasting memory.”
