Nishant Garg, the founder of Delta Enterprise USA and the Telecom Institute of New York (T.I.N.Y.), has been appointed to the CTIA Reverse Logistics and Service Quality (RLSQ) Leadership Council. The announcement, made on August 1, 2025, places Garg among influential leaders shaping the wireless industry’s future in sustainability, repair, and service standards.
CTIA, the leading trade association for the US wireless industry, welcomed Garg with a message on LinkedIn, noting Delta Enterprise USA’s reputation and Garg’s leadership. Michelle James, CTIA’s Vice President of Strategic Industry Programs, praised his decades of contribution, calling him both a respected colleague and a friend within the wireless community.
Garg’s journey is a classic example of perseverance and ambition. Originally from Darjeeling, India, and Nepal, he arrived in the United States with limited resources and began his career in 2000 as a wireless retail sales associate. Today, based in New York City, he has grown into a recognized voice in wireless technology, education, and sustainability. He also actively supports the Indian American and Nepali diaspora through organizations like the Nepali Chamber of Commerce and Miss Nepal North America.
Under his leadership, Delta Enterprise USA has become a global distributor of mobile phones and accessories, with expertise in reverse logistics, device repair, and IT asset disposition. The company emphasizes recycling and sustainability while ensuring affordability and accessibility in the wireless sector.
Complementing this, Garg established T.I.N.Y. in Forest Hills, an educational initiative offering practical training in technology repair, retail, and entrepreneurship. The program equips minority and underserved communities with skills for employment and self-reliance. As an approved ACCESS-VR vendor, T.I.N.Y. plays a key role in inclusive workforce development.
Beyond business, Garg extends his influence through the Gracious Givers Foundation, which focuses on food security, disability support, and community empowerment. His philosophy reflects that true leadership blends business success with social responsibility.
The RLSQ Leadership Council includes representatives from industry giants such as Apple, Samsung, Google, Verizon, AT&T, and Amazon. Garg’s inclusion ensures that the perspective of small businesses, grassroots innovators, and community-driven initiatives is represented at the highest level.
As CTIA works to advance global wireless standards, Garg is expected to contribute to extending its reach into emerging markets like India. From his beginnings on the sales floor to a seat at the industry’s decision-making table, his story reflects how innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability can shape the next era of wireless connectivity.
