The Rajasthani Organization of American Residents (ROAR), in collaboration with Jhoom Events and Tarang Soni, is bringing back the biggest Rajasthani festival outside India—the 9th Annual Teej Mahotsav 2025—on July 27, 2025. This grand celebration of Rajasthan’s rich heritage will take place at Royal Alberts Palace in Edison, NJ, starting at 2 PM.
Attendees will be immersed in the vibrant flavors, colors, and traditions of Rajasthan. The festival will feature an authentic Rajasthani food experience, including daal-baati-choorma, sangri ki sabzi, and ghevar. Guests can also admire traditional Rajasthani attire, folk music, and mesmerizing dance performances.
Adding to the excitement, the festival will host the 3rd International Rajasthani Pageant, where participants can compete for the titles of Miss Rajasthan, Mrs. Rajasthan, and Teen Rajasthan. Applications are now open for those interested in showcasing their talent and cultural pride.
Visitors can explore a Rajasthani shopping bazaar, where vendors will bring handcrafted goods and unique treasures that capture the spirit of Rajasthan. The festival will conclude with a spectacular live musical concert, featuring a full band and dazzling lights.
