Optima Global Solutions is celebrating a major milestone as the New Jersey-based IT consulting and solutions company enters its 25th year of operations. The company, led by President and CEO Mahesh Yadav, has also secured its fourth appearance on the Inc. 5000 list, which recognizes some of the fastest-growing privately owned businesses in the United States.
Based in Hamilton, New Jersey, Optima placed No. 4,525 nationally on the 2026 Inc. 5000 ranking. The company was one of 147 businesses from New Jersey included on this year’s list and among nine organizations recognized from the Princeton and Hamilton region. The ranking measures privately held companies according to their percentage increase in revenue between 2022 and 2025.
Optima began in 2001 as a specialized IT staffing business. Over the years, it has broadened its operations to include technology staffing, customized solution development, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence services. The expansion reflects the company’s efforts to address increasingly complex technology requirements across businesses and organizations.
Its cybersecurity portfolio covers several areas, including cyber risk and governance, Zero Trust planning and implementation, AI security, incident preparedness and organizational resilience. Through these services, the company helps clients strengthen their ability to identify, manage and respond to evolving digital threats.
Optima has also developed a growing AI practice. Its offerings include strategic guidance, intelligent automation and customized AI solutions designed to help organizations progress from early experimentation to practical deployment. The company also focuses on challenges involving operations, security and governance as businesses integrate AI into their workflows.
Yadav said reaching the 25-year mark is an accomplishment, but emphasized that the company remains focused on the future as technology continues to evolve rapidly. He said clients increasingly require broader expertise and strategic support rather than simply another technology supplier.
Beyond Optima, Yadav is involved in several technology and community initiatives. He serves on the TechUnited, NJ board and advises Montclair State University’s information analytics program. He also invests in technology companies in the United States and India.
Yadav founded the South Asian Golf Association and serves on the board of The First Tee Greater Trenton, extending his involvement into community and youth development initiatives.
