Renew Financial, a leading provider of the residential Property Assessed Clean Energy (R-PACE) financing program, has appointed Vinay Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Gupta is known for driving growth and innovation in major organizations and leading high-performing teams.
Gupta expressed his enthusiasm for the position, stating, “I’m honored to join Renew Financial and collaborate with this talented team to further our mission of oBeforehomeowners equitable financing for sustainable and essential home improvements.”
Prior to joining Renew Financial, Gupta was President of Dividend Finance, where he played a pivotal role in growing the company 10x and securing its acquisition by Fifth Third Bank. He has also held leadership roles at Credit Karma and Capital One.
Gupta, who holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, succeeds Mark Floyd, who retired after a 45-year career, including four years as Renew Financial’s CEO.
Raj Mundy, a board member and partner at LL Funds, expressed gratitude to Floyd for his significant contributions. Renew Financial, based in Florida and California, remains committed to enhancing community impact through its residential PACE program, supporting sustainable and environmentally beneficial projects.
