Vicky Kaushal recently discussed the topic of having children within his family and with his wife, Katrina Kaif, in an interview with Radio City. He revealed that both his and Katrina’s families are very understanding and do not pressure them regarding this matter. Vicky and Katrina tied the knot in 2021.
When asked if any family members had urged them to share ‘good news,’ Vicky responded, “No one. They are cool people.” He also mentioned his participation in a group called the ‘rocking family,’ which often receives emotional messages about the sacrifices made by parents. During the interview, Vicky emphasized the importance of his family in his life.
He further stated, “The first ones to know I was dating Katrina Kaif were my mother and father. It didn’t come to the point where Viral (Bhayani) had to find out. I told them.” Vicky and Katrina kept their relationship low-key for a while, only revealing their marriage in 2021 through social media posts. Despite persistent rumors, they did not confirm their relationship until their wedding. Reports of Katrina’s pregnancy also circulated, but the couple later denied them.
In terms of his upcoming projects, Vicky will star in “The Great Indian Family” alongside Manushi Chillar, directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, set to release in theaters on September 22. He is also set to portray the lead role in Meghna Gulzar’s “Sam Bahadur,” based on the life of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw. Additionally, he will appear in a film directed by Anand Tiwari, alongside Tripti Dimri and Ammy Virk.
