The Hindu Manifesto, a new book by spiritual thinker and global Hindu leader Swami Vigyananand, is set to be released on April 26, 2025. The book outlines a civilisational roadmap rooted in ancient Hindu wisdom, with RSS Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat scheduled to launch the publication.
Described as a blueprint for national and societal renewal, The Hindu Manifesto draws from classical Indian texts like the Vedas, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Arthashastra, and Shukranitisar. The work proposes a value-driven framework for governance and development, emphasising the relevance of Hindu thought in addressing modern-day challenges.
Central to the book are eight guiding Sutras. The first four focus on economic prosperity, national security, quality education, and responsible democracy—key components for a resilient and progressive nation. The next four stress respect for women, social cohesion, environmental responsibility, and devotion to the motherland, highlighting cultural and spiritual sustainability.
Influenced by the concept of Ram Rajya, Swami Vigyananand promotes ethical leadership, gender empowerment, environmental care, and a re-evaluation of social structures like Varna and Jati to encourage unity and inclusivity.
A monk and thought leader, Swami Vigyananand is known for his role in founding global platforms such as the World Hindu Congress and World Hindu Economic Forum. Through The Hindu Manifesto, he seeks to blend timeless dharmic values with the aspirations of modern governance.
The book is likely to attract interest from academics, policy-makers, spiritual leaders, and young changemakers, offering them a vision of societal progress anchored in India’s civilisational ethos.
