A sculptor from Kashi has meticulously crafted a duplicate of the revered Ram Lalla murti housed in the Ayodhya temple. This replica is destined for a Hanuman temple in the Netherlands, facilitated by the EterBliss Foundation, devoted to the propagation of Hindu Dharma. Before its voyage abroad, the idol will undergo traditional rituals in Ayodhya.
The EterBliss Foundation, committed to advancing Hinduism, initiated the creation of this replica murti. Additionally, the Foundation plans to replicate Ram Lalla vigrahas in various European nations to spread awareness of the faith.
Rahul Mukherjee, director of the Foundation, explained that Swami Akhand Samrat Anandji Maharaj, the foundation’s founder, aims to clarify misconceptions surrounding Sanatan Dharma, emphasizing its timeless philosophy. Swami Maharaj’s vision includes establishing Ram temples globally, starting with the installation of Ram Lalla’s idol in a Hanuman Temple in Amsterdam.
Kanhaiya Lal Sharma, a skilled sculptor from Kashi known for his collaboration on a statue of Princess Diana, was chosen for this task. Sharma recounted being approached by the foundation after the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, where they expressed their wish for a similar idol. Work on the replica commenced on Basant Panchami, February 24th.
