PM Narendra Modi is slated to participate in the ongoing ‘Braj Raj Utsav’ in Mathura on November 23. During his visit, Hema Malini, actor and parliament member from Mathura, will present a dance ballet at the Railway ground, depicting the life of Meera Bai on her birth anniversary.
Accompanying the PM, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is set to visit Mathura on the same day. Starting his visit after prayers at Vrindavan’s Bankey Behari Temple, he will review preparations for the ‘Braj Raj Utsav’ at the Railway ground, scheduled to conclude on November 27.
MP Hema Malini’s representative, Janardan Sharma, shared details about the event, stating that the PM is expected to release a stamp on Meera Bai during his visit. Meera Bai’s 525th Janmotsav year will be celebrated with a one-and-a-half-hour dance ballet by Hema Malini, known for her devotion to Lord Krishna.
The CM’s visit aims to finalize plans for the PM’s Mathura visit, possibly including Krishna Janmbhoomi and Bankey Behari Temple in Vrindavan on November 23. Agra division commissioner Ritu Maheshwari, inspecting preparations, indicates the significance of the upcoming event.
