The streets of Irvine recently came alive with vibrant energy thanks to the Overseas Friends of BJP-USA, Los Angeles, who organized the monumental “Hum Hain Modi Ka Parivar” car rally. This dynamic display of unity and support from the Indian community echoed unwavering backing for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s potential third term in the ongoing Indian election.
A convoy of 168 cars, adorned with a mix of Indian and American flags, embarked on a spirited 16-mile journey from the City of Irvine Civic Center, injecting the cityscape with vibrant hues and patriotic zeal. Over 500 Indian Americans, clad in traditional attire, eagerly joined this procession, radiating pride for their cultural heritage.
The organizers proudly proclaimed, “This rally proudly claims the title of the largest ‘Hum Hain Modi ka Parivar’ car rally outside India, eclipsing all previous gatherings of the Indian diaspora across the globe.”
Amidst the march, the rally became a celebration of India’s progress, highlighting the nation’s remarkable strides in economic development and its emergence as a global leader under Modi’s stewardship in recent years.
The predominant slogan of the event was ‘This time, crossing 400,’ representing the shared desire for an advanced India, anticipating BJP winning more than 400 seats in the elections. Representatives from various walks of life across Southern California united in the rally, embodying unity, camaraderie, and optimism for a brighter future, both for India and its diaspora worldwide, as stated by OFBJP.
