At the 12th convocation of Pandit Deendayal Energy University (PDEU) in Gandhinagar, Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s unwavering resolve, describing it as “as hard as a diamond.” He commended Modi’s ability to turn visionary ideas into concrete actions, stating that his “Mann ki Baat” naturally transforms into “Mann ka Sankalp,” reflecting his deep commitment to achieving goals. Ambani further emphasized that Modi’s determination is unwavering, calling it “Vajra Sankalp.”
He also highlighted Modi’s relentless energy, referring to his name as symbolizing “Anant Shakti” or infinite strength. Addressing the Prime Minister’s work ethic, Ambani quoted Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay’s words: “Change of work is itself rest,” suggesting that Modi’s dedication leaves little room for conventional breaks. He urged the audience to embrace this philosophy, making work a source of renewal rather than exhaustion.
Ambani’s remarks reinforced the broader discussion about Modi’s ability to drive progress and tackle formidable challenges. His admiration for the Prime Minister was met with strong agreement from the audience, underscoring the importance of decisive leadership in shaping India’s future.
This is not the first time Ambani has expressed admiration for Modi. At the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit in January 2024, he hailed Modi as India’s most successful Prime Minister and one of the world’s greatest leaders. He remarked that Modi’s words resonate globally, earning both attention and applause. Reflecting on the popular slogan “Modi hai to Mumkin hai,” Ambani explained that it signifies Modi’s ability to turn the impossible into reality through his vision, determination, and execution—an opinion shared by many around the world.
