The latest posters for the upcoming movie ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’, featuring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor, were unveiled on May 8 by Dharma Productions and the lead actors themselves. Directed by Sharan Sharma, the film centers around the intricacies of a cricket-loving couple’s relationship, portraying an imperfectly perfect partnership. Originally scheduled for an April release, the film, produced by Karan Johar, Zee Studios, Hiroo Yash Johar, and Apoorva Mehta, will now hit theaters on May 31, 2024, just a day before the commencement of the T20 World Cup in the United States.
In their announcement on X, Dharma Movies teased, “Prepare to be amazed by the unconventional synergy.” The reveal sparked excitement among netizens, with one commenting, “2024 is Raj’s year.” Others expressed their anticipation with comments like, “Can’t Wait” and “Superb.”
Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor is not only starring in ‘Mr & Mrs Mahi’ but also features in ‘Devara’ alongside Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan. She is also slated to appear in ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ opposite Varun Dhawan and ‘RC16’ alongside Ram Charan. On the other hand, Rajkummar Rao is gearing up for the release of ‘Srikanth,’ a biopic chronicling the remarkable journey of industrialist Srikanth Bholla, scheduled for May 10, 2024.
Moreover, Rao has an exciting lineup of projects, including the much-anticipated ‘Stree 2’ with Shraddha Kapoor and the family drama ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video’ alongside Triptii Dimri.
