This year, total participation has reached approximately 45 million, including 41.914056 million students, 2.484259 million teachers, and 0.615064 million parents. The session will allow students to seek guidance from PM Modi on managing exam pressure, staying motivated, setting realistic goals, and maintaining mental well-being during exam season.
In previous editions, several prominent personalities contributed to the program, offering insights on stress management. These included sportspersons such as Mary Kom, Avani Lekhara, and Suhas Yathiraj, as well as actors Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey, and Bhumi Pednekar.
