He affirmed his dedication to working closely with Modi to strengthen Nepal-India relations for mutual benefit and to elevate their historic ties to new heights.
During their previous terms as counterparts, Modi visited Nepal twice, and the two leaders jointly launched the largest hydroelectric project.
