Mahindra Aerostructures Pvt Ltd (MASPL) revealed on Monday a significant milestone, announcing a $100 million multi-year agreement with Airbus Atlantic. The deal entails the manufacture and delivery of metallic components and small assemblies for Airbus commercial aircraft, notably the A320.
MASPL will be responsible for supplying Airbus Atlantic with approximately 2,300 types of metallic components from its Indian manufacturing base to support Airbus’s operations in France. This complements MASPL’s current commitments to provide parts directly to Airbus facilities in France and Germany.

As a subsidiary of the Mahindra and Mahindra Group, MASPL focuses on aerospace manufacturing and operates a state-of-the-art facility near Bangalore, boasting comprehensive capabilities for sheet metal, machined parts, welding, finishing, and assembly processes.
José-Maria Trujillano, Airbus Atlantic’s chief procurement officer, lauded the partnership with Mahindra Aerostructures, emphasizing their robustness, expertise, and advanced technology capabilities. This collaboration aims to bolster Airbus’s supply base and ensure the smooth production ramp-up across all programs.
