Ishaan Hingorani, a highly accomplished table tennis player, has consistently showcased his skills on both national and international platforms. His recent performances at the US Open Table Tennis Championship 2024 in Las Vegas saw him clinch silver in the Hardbat Doubles event, adding to his growing list of achievements.
His success story includes a silver medal in the U-2600 Singles category at the 2023 US National Championship in Fort Worth, Texas. He also dominated at the ICC Joola Fall Open 2024 in Milpitas, where he secured gold in both U-2500 and U-2650 events. Earlier that year, he won gold in U-2500 at the ICC Joola Spring Open, further cementing his reputation.
Hingorani’s table tennis journey spans years of dedication, starting from his youth-level victories. He won gold in Youth Doubles at the 2019 Khelo India Youth Games in Pune and was a joint winner at the National Ranking Table Tennis Championship Central Zone in 2019. His track record also includes stellar performances in US Open tournaments, such as a gold in U-2400 singles and silver in U-2600 singles at the 2021 US Open.
On the Indian national stage, Hingorani shined at the National Games India 2022, securing a gold medal in the Men’s Team event and a bronze in Men’s Doubles. His journey also includes impressive results in multiple ICC Joola tournaments, consistently winning gold in U-2500 events from 2022 to 2023.
Beyond his sporting achievements, Hingorani has pursued academics with equal determination. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Gujarat University (2018-2020) and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Management with a specialization in Business Analytics at MITSDE, Pune, expected to be completed by March 2025. Additionally, he has earned a CFA Level 1 certification.
