Informatica (NYSE: INFA), a frontrunner in enterprise AI-driven cloud data management, has announced the addition of Mitesh Dhruv to its Board of Directors and his new role as Chair of the Audit Committee. With nearly 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Dhruv previously held a significant position at RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE: RNG), a provider of cloud-based communication and collaboration solutions, from 2012 to 2021. As Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2021, he played a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s cloud growth and improving its financial metrics. Dhruv’s earlier experience includes working as an equity analyst at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch from 2005 to 2012, focusing on software and cloud firms.
Dhruv is also an established public company board director, currently serving on the Board and Audit Committee of ChargePoint Inc. (NYSE: CHPT), a leader in electric vehicle infrastructure. He has previously been on the Board of ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: ZI) and chaired its Audit Committee from 2020 to 2024.
Informatica also announced that Elizabeth Rafael is stepping down from her position on the Board. Chizen further expressed enthusiasm about Dhruv’s appointment, highlighting his financial expertise and experience in scaling technology companies as key assets to the Board, reinforcing Informatica’s commitment to effective corporate governance and shareholder value.
