Indium Software, a California-based AI-driven digital engineering services company, has appointed Indian American Basab Pradhan as its new chairman of the board. Pradhan, known for his distinguished career at Infosys and leadership roles at Hexaware and Coforge Ltd., expressed his honor in taking on this pivotal role.
In his capacity as chairman, Pradhan will collaborate closely with fellow board members, including Hari Gopalakrishnan and Vijai Raghavan from EQT, and Vijay Balaji and Ram Sukumar from Indium Software. He aims to leverage his extensive experience in technology business growth, particularly in scaling companies to exceed $1 billion in revenue, to drive Indium’s vision of global leadership in digital engineering.
A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Pradhan currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he will guide Indium Software in achieving sustained growth and creating significant value for stakeholders.
