Rodrigo obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Loyola Marymount University and has been studying Eastern Medicine Modalities since 2001. This appointment necessitates Senate confirmation and offers a compensation of $100 per diem. Rodrigo is aligned with the Democratic party.
