Donald Trump Jr., son of former US President Donald Trump, has arrived in India to attend what is being hailed as one of the most extravagant weddings of the year. The celebrations, hosted by billionaire Rama Raju Mantena for his daughter, are set to unfold across several iconic venues in Udaipur on November 21 and 22. The City of Lakes is preparing for days of royal festivities marked by opulence, high-profile guests, and international attention.
Trump Jr. is scheduled to stay at The Leela Palace, one of Udaipur’s most prestigious hotels situated along the scenic Lake Pichola. To accommodate him and other prominent attendees, all 82 rooms and three ultra-premium suites have been fully reserved from November 21 to 23. The highlight of the arrangements is the Maharaja Suite, an expansive 3,585-square-foot luxury residence that costs nearly $120,000 per night. Another lavish accommodation, the Royal Suite — priced at around $84,000 per night — has also been booked for distinguished guests.
The Maharaja Suite embodies grandeur with its master bedroom, private study, spacious living room, and formal dining area. Its indulgent amenities include a personal spa room, a private pool, and a jacuzzi bathtub. The decor features gold accents and intricate silver craftsmanship, while picture-perfect views of Lake Pichola can be seen from both the bedroom and dining room. Guests staying in this suite enjoy globally curated meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Security at The Leela Palace has been significantly intensified to ensure smooth VIP movement. A dedicated private corridor has been established for Donald Trump Jr., and a specialized team of US Secret Service agents is coordinating with local law enforcement across the property. Instead of hotel vehicles, a lineup of Mercedes-Benz and Toyota Vellfire cars, all carrying Haryana registrations, is being used to transport high-profile attendees.
Trump Jr.’s itinerary for the wedding is packed. He will land at Udaipur’s Dabok Airport by charter flight at 5:15 PM on November 21 and head directly to the sangeet at Zenana Mahal. On November 22, he will attend the mehndi ceremony at Manek Chowk. The main wedding ceremony is scheduled for November 23 at the famous Jagmandir Island Palace, set in the middle of Lake Pichola, followed by a grand reception at Zenana Mahal. He is expected to depart the same evening by his private aircraft.
