Karkara’s contributions in the field of sustainability are widely acknowledged, as he is a co-founder of significant global initiatives like AI For Food,Global Solar Day, the New York Investors Forum on India 2047, and Global Green Hydrogen Day. He serves as the president of the Global Eye Leadership Institute in New York, where Congressman Jonathan Jackson honored him with the Leadership Medallion.
