His role as a sustainability advocate has taken him to diverse regions, including Africa, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Notably, he is actively engaged in mentoring sustainability for Boards, CEOs, CXOs, investors, and notable figures.
Karkara’s contributions in the field of sustainability are widely acknowledged, as he is a co-founder of significant global initiatives like AI For Food,Global Solar Day, the New York Investors Forum on India 2047, and Global Green Hydrogen Day. He serves as the president of the Global Eye Leadership Institute in New York, where Congressman Jonathan Jackson honored him with the Leadership Medallion.
The Indian American leader has received numerous accolades, including the “Global Sustainability Champion” Pride of India award at the significant Global Strategic Alliance event in Chicago. Additionally, Congressman Danny K. Davis recognized and awarded Karkara for his work with young girls on Capitol Hill during International Women’s Day.
