Actor Manoj Bajpayee revealed that despite having refined tastes and enjoying champagne, he maintains a ‘middle-class life’. In an interview, he disclosed that he intentionally opted for a small, basic car over a fancy, fully-equipped one because he lacks the know-how to operate the latter. He emphasized the endless nature of human ambition and the tendency to accumulate more wealth than necessary.
Discussing his views on money during an appearance on the RealHit YouTube channel, Bajpayee stressed the importance of having sufficient funds for medical expenses and children’s education to live comfortably without borrowing. He acknowledged that while there are numerous wealthy individuals worldwide, he sets his own limits to avoid excessive greed, citing Ambani as the epitome of limitless wealth beyond his reach through acting.
Bajpayee emphasized that he has never prioritized monetary gain in his work, advocating for focusing on the job itself rather than money. He believes that money should be viewed as a by-product of one’s efforts, warning against desperation for wealth as it hinders long-term success. To maintain humility, he deliberately drives a modest car, preferring the peace that comes with a middle-class lifestyle despite the luxuries fame brings.
In light of his ongoing projects, Bajpayee has commenced work on the third season of his popular Prime Video series, “The Family Man,” and is set to appear in the action film “Bhaiyya Ji.”
