It’s widely known that many Bollywood stars opt to rent clothes rather than buying them to stay trendy. Actor Ayushmann Khurrana recently addressed this trend and expressed appreciation for Diljit Dosanjh’s sense of style. He also shared a story about his brother, Aparshakti Khurana, leveraging his own fashion sense.
Ayushmann addressed the prevalent renting culture in Bollywood, stating, “The entire Bollywood is on rent. Do you think we buy all our clothes?” He detailed how stylists procure clothes for them. He emphasized the impracticality of owning numerous outfits. Praising Diljit for his style and global influence, he remarked, “I like Diljit Dosanjh’s style. I am really happy with Punjab, he has taken it to a global stage. He is too good.”
Reflecting on Aparshakti’s keen sense of fashion, Ayushmann mentioned how his brother used to style him during his early anchoring days, even earning pocket money for it. Ayushmann admitted to not being passionate about fashion himself but acknowledged its role in his profession. Despite this, he commended Aparshakti’s talent in styling.
Regarding his recent work, Ayushmann starred in “Dream Girl 2” in 2023, which garnered mixed reviews but performed well at the box office. As for upcoming projects, he is yet to announce his next film.
