David H. Nachman is the Managing Attorney at Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C., a leading U.S. and Canadian immigration law firm. With over three decades of experience, he handles business and family immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1, PERM, NIW, marriage-based green cards, waivers, and citizenship.
Mr. Nachman advises employers on I-9 compliance, FDNS audits, E-Verify, and ICE worksite enforcement. He has appeared on NJ News Channel 12 and served as Chair of the NJ Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
An Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University and Bergen Community College, he regularly teaches and presents at legal education programs. He earned his JD and MBA from Case Western Reserve University and pursued LLM coursework at NYU School of Law.
Mr. Nachman is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
