Kicking off May 27 at the Venetian Conference Center in Las Vegas, the highly anticipated Bitcoin 2025 Conference is set to become a landmark event for the crypto industry. More than 30,000 Bitcoin enthusiasts, 400+ speakers, and over 5,000 companies are scheduled to attend. Key sponsors include Nakamoto, Mara, Robinhood Crypto, and exSat, emphasizing the event’s high-profile support.
One of the most historic moments will take place on May 28, when U.S. Vice President JD Vance addresses attendees—marking the first time a sitting vice president has publicly supported Bitcoin. His keynote will be part of the “Code + Country” program and streamed globally. Vance is expected to speak on innovation, financial independence, and Bitcoin’s evolving role in the U.S. economy. Known for his pushback against excessive regulation, Vance has often critiqued the SEC and centralized finance, referencing events like the Canadian bank freezes of 2022.
Bitcoin 2025 also boasts a strong political presence. Speakers include Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Senator Cynthia Lummis, 2024 presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce, Gemini’s Winklevoss twins, and Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev. Nigel Farage, one of the architects of Brexit, will appear in a fireside chat with Bitcoin Magazine’s Frank Corva.
BTC Inc. CFO Didier Lewis highlighted that the event will showcase Bitcoin’s utility as a modern currency, with attendees able to use contactless Bolt Cards for real-time payments. A total of 4,000 Bolt Cards will be issued, featuring four exclusive designs honoring crypto icons like Satoshi Nakamoto, Jack Dorsey, Michael Saylor, and Senator Lummis.
An official Bitcoin Magazine Store will be set up at the venue’s entrance, offering Bitcoin-themed merchandise, including hardware wallets and limited-edition artwork. Shoppers using Bitcoin via the Lightning Network will receive a 21% discount on all items.
BTC Inc. CEO David Bailey emphasized that this event isn’t just about high-profile names—it’s a pivotal moment for Bitcoin as a financial revolution and a cornerstone of national dialogue.
