The conference agenda includes panel discussions, keynote speeches, and interactive sessions, spread across two days at prestigious venues like the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Business School. Panels cover topics such as public service delivery, inequality, climate innovation, media evolution, economic trends, venture capital, and Bollywood’s soft power. Esteemed Harvard faculty members, including Dean Douglas W. Elmendorf and professors from various disciplines, contribute to the intellectual discourse.
Supported by Harvard centers and student efforts, the conference offers networking opportunities and engaging initiatives beyond panel discussions. Co-chair Ishaan Poddar highlights features like the conference app for attendee interaction, breakout sessions with speakers, and a networking cocktail event. A dedicated team of around 75 students from Harvard’s graduate schools, led by four co-chairs, has been tirelessly organizing the event for months, aiming to make it the most impactful edition yet.
The theme “India Rising” underscores India’s growing relevance globally and reflects the conference’s aspiration to foster meaningful conversations on a global scale.
