Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged with students ahead of his 7th ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ address in the national capital. During the interaction at Bharat Mandapam, students showcased their technological innovations. Set to address ‘exam warriors,’ PM Modi’s interaction is part of the broader ‘Exam Warriors’ movement aimed at fostering a stress-free atmosphere for young individuals.
Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan expressed the excitement of students, parents, and teachers, anticipating PM Modi’s mentorship. ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ serves as a platform for open discussions on managing exam-related stress and celebrating life as a festival (Utsav).
Minister of State for Education, Subhas Sarkar, highlighted the success of the event over the past six years, adapting to different formats due to the pandemic. The 7th edition recorded a substantial 2.26 crore registrations on the MyGov portal, indicating widespread enthusiasm among students nationwide.
Scheduled for January 29, 2024, the event will take place at Bharat Mandapam, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, with nearly 3000 participants engaging with the Prime Minister in a town hall format. Special guests include two students and a teacher from each state and union territory, along with Kala Utsav winners.
Participants, selected through an online MCQ competition on the MyGov portal, will receive a Pariksha Pe Charcha kit containing the Exam Warriors book and a certificate. The program aims to provide crucial support to students facing exam stress, offering guidance to teachers and parents in managing the challenging exam environment effectively.
