In this role, Kachroo will lead Tinubu’s growth in the American market, particularly focusing on the Surety business, while strengthening partnerships with carriers and brokers. His appointment reflects Tinubu’s commitment to delivering innovative, digital-first solutions to meet evolving industry demands.

Kachroo brings over 30 years of experience spanning insurance, financial services, and healthcare technology. Before joining Tinubu, he led global product strategy and delivery as GM of Skye, following Tinubu’s acquisition of Innoveo. His leadership focused on integrating Skye’s no-code platform capabilities into Tinubu’s broader suite, enhancing enterprise scalability and client experience.
Throughout his career, Kachroo has held senior positions at Tata Consultancy Services, MetLife, Prudential, AIG, and SE2, consistently translating complex technological strategies into actionable business results. He is recognized as an insurtech futurist, author, and industry speaker, guiding organizations through transformation and market disruption.
